Hospitality ASSET MANAGEMENT
WE THINK LIKE OWNERS, BECAUSE WE ARE OWNERS
Our Services
Badlands Hotel Capital provides a full range of hospitality asset management and owner advisory services designed to maximize value at every stage of the lodging cycle. From acquisition sourcing, acquisition due diligence, renovations and repositionings, to brand and manager selection, revenue management, asset stabilization, risk management, value-enhancement projects, and dispositions, we deliver strategies that go beyond typical day-to-day oversight. What sets us apart is our owner’s perspective—as seasoned real estate owners ourselves, we provide the experienced representation and senior-level strategic thinking that ensure hotel investors achieve maximum earnings and valuations.
We have two primary lines of our asset management business:

We have a methodical and creative approach to developing and implementing individually designed business plans for each asset. We take an active role in the oversight of the management of the property, with a mission to maximize overall asset value and returns for ownership by delivering superior operational results. We use a variety of tools to accomplish our goals, including detailed financial reviews, participation in revenue management strategy sessions, developing and implementing capital plans to drive results, and identifying and executing capitalization and disposition strategies, all while using our deep experience as owners.
Hospitality Asset Management
We utilize our hospitality asset management and ownership experience in the hotel and outdoor hospitality real estate space to help existing and new ownership groups drive property valuations in this fragmented space. Our specific experience overseeing a variety of properties and third-party operators across the US in the camping and transient RV industry provides us with a unique expertise to assist owners in making educated decisions regarding management, distribution, financial performance, onsite amenities, human resources, and capital expenditures.
