Badlands Hotel Capital has officially expanded its asset management portfolio to 25 properties with the addition of nine hotels and outdoor hospitality destinations owned by Blue Water Development. The new partnership spans six East Coast drive-to resort markets and involves collaboration with three experienced management companies.
